September was a milestone month for Durham Community Land Trustees as we continued celebrating 50 years of serving Durham while looking ahead to what’s next. From the dedication of our fully owned headquarters at 1208 West Chapel Hill Street and its rich history in the West End, to new construction underway at 917 Grant Street, expanded homebuyer opportunities, and the launch of our Sponsor-A-Home campaign, DCLT continues building pathways to permanently affordable housing, community stability, and long-term investment. As we move into the fall, we invite residents, partners, and supporters to stay connected through upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, homebuyer sessions, and new ways to help us continue Bringing Durham Home.
