What is Lung Cancer Awareness Month?

Every November, communities across the country come together to raise awareness of lung cancer: the disease, the people living with it and the progress being made against it.

Yet lung cancer doesn’t always get the visibility it deserves. Awareness Month exists to change that: to talk openly about screening and early detection, to fund the research that’s changing outcomes and to make sure survivors and care partners feel seen and supported.

It’s also where our mission lives out loud. Everything we do — in research, education and access — comes back to one idea.
