Get Ready for NC Arts in Education Week

Once again Arts NC is proud to be part of the National Arts in Education Week September 13-19, 2026, by making our own plans to celebrate North Carolina Arts in Education Week alongside other member organizations of the NC Arts Education Leadership Coalition (AELC). We encourage everyone to participate at the national level with our partner Americans for the Arts (AFTA):

ADVOCATE:

Take Action: Urge Congress to ensure all students have access to arts education

Pass a Proclamation: Have your School Board or Superintendent officially acknowledge the value of arts education

CELEBRATE:

Download the National Social Media Toolkit : Share ready-to-use posts, messaging, graphics, and resources to engage your community.

Connect Statewide through Arts NC: Use #NCArtsEdWeek and tag @ArtsNC on Facebook & LinkedIn and @artsnorthcarolina on Instagram.

EDUCATE:

• AFTA Arts Education Resources
• NC Arts in Education Week
• Arts NC Arts Education Resources
