May’s work has been published in American Art Collector magazine; Artist Talks magazine, Homiens Meet the Artist, as well as exhibition catalogs through Poets Artists and The Siren Scene. Most recently three of May’s works have been longlisted in the 2026 Almenara Art Prize international art competition and included in the online exhibit running through November 30, 2026. Jeanne May is a board member of the Arts Council of Carteret County, Chairperson of the Carolina Artist Gallery, and is a member of the Craven Arts Council, the Wilmington Arts Association and Artspace in Raleigh.
